Our market research rooms have been adapted to ensure compliance with the Queensland Government’s COVID-19 restrictions. 

Each of our rooms is sound-proofed with acoustically graded ceiling tiles, flooring and insulated walls, helping to create an atmosphere conducive to open and honest chit chat. 55 inch Smart TVs are also connected to the internet with HDMI input allowing clients to plug in PC’s, USB’s or stream from YouTube.

Our clients will enjoy free Wi-Fi, gourmet food and comfortable seating. For those who are unable to come along and enjoy our hospitality, live streaming is available in all rooms.

Dotted with tasteful furniture, a splash of colour and modern custom built facilities, The Park Bench is ideal for your next focus group, workshop, one-on-one interview, quantitative project or classroom styled event.

Central Park is our most expansive room and has been adapted to ensure everyone’s health and wellbeing.  Accounting for the 2m2 ruling and 1.5 metre social distancing reform, Central Park is perfect for:

  • Meetings or workshops for up to 10 attendees
  • Sensory research and usability testing catering for up to 12 respondents
  • Focus groups for up to 10 including moderator and participants
  • We offer audio and visual recording and free wifi as pat of the room rate and live streaming as an additional extra
  • The Central Park client room is available with a wall-to-wall viewing mirror. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the client room can accommodate a maximum of 5 clients

With a wall to wall viewing mirror, our Central Park client room can seat up to a maximum of 5 clients. Stadium style seating, with large arm chairs, a bar fridge and delicious food from our local restaurants, makes it the perfect place to enjoy your next research project.

hyde park

  • Classroom and boardroom style workshops for up to 7
  • Focus groups for up to 7
  • One-on-one interviews

Enjoy laid back luxury and stadium seating in our Hyde Park Client Room. Seating up to 5 clients, this room offers a 3.6m viewing mirror, a bar fridge and delicious menu of local food to choose from, enjoy being waited on whilst watching your research project come to life.

  • $450 for 2 hour session inc pre-packaged food for participants
  • Due to current safety precautions, groups must not run over 2 hours, ideally 1hr 45mins
  • $150 for 2 hour live stream

6pm groups will be offered pre-packaged cheese and biscuits with a water bottle
8pm groups will be offered a pre-packaged sweet treat and water bottle

Moderators will  be offered a pre-packed cheese and biscuits, and can have any available bottled drink from the bar fridge.

Clients are able to choose from our menu, which consists of food from local restaurants.  COVID restrictions do not allow hosts to re-plate this food.  Client food will be given to the client in the same packaging it is received from the restaurant.  Clients can also choose any drink from our fully stocked bar drinks.  Client meals are not included in the room rate.
